Marnus Labuschange knocking the door for the WC 2023 by ton against SA. South Africa vs Australia 2023.

Australian batter Marnus Labuschange is making a strong statement on his form in ODI cricket. Marnus has already proven his worth in tests and now he steps up in ODIs as well. 

In first ODI against South Africa, he walked as a replacement for injured green and played as a concussion substitute . He made 80* off 93 at a crucial stage while chasing a decent score. 

In second ODI, he made his way into the playing XI batted at no 4 and scored a blisterring ton under run a ball. He finished with 124 off 99 with striking over 120.

He is not selected for the World Cup squad as his ODI stats are good enough. Selectors had made it clear that his ODI form is poor to make into the squad. 

Now Marnus Labuschange steps up with a fantastic series against SA.
